Registration Code Support
If you need help entering your registration code, select the product below
for more information.
If you purchased Pocket TV Browser directly from Handango,
PalmGear, or PocketGear, or if you purchased Pocket Aargon
directly from Twilight Games, they are responsible for emailing and/or
resending your personal registration code. Please contact them if you
never received your registration code, or if you lost your code and would like
them to resend it.
Our Registration Code Support service is offered strictly as a
courtesy. We do not guarantee that this service will always be
available, nor can we guarantee its accuracy or completeness, due to reporting
delays and other factors beyond our control.
It is YOUR responsibility to keep records of your purchases. It
is NOT our responsibility to provide information or replace software that
you have lost or misplaced. If your email address has changed and you can
no longer receive email sent to your original address, then contact the company
you purchased from:
If you recently made a donation to DoubleBit Software, please allow 2-3 days for us to email you
and update our database.
If you previously purchased directly from us, and your email address has
changed, you can send email
to support@doublebit.com, providing
as much personal information from your original order as possible, so that we
can confirm your identity. However, if we are unable to locate or confirm
your previous order, you will have to place a new order to receive a new
registration code.
